David began his career in the legal industry in 2004 as a paralegal with various firms and organisations before being admitted as solicitor in 2009. Since being admitted, David has worked in the areas of general legal practice and commercial litigation and has considerable experience representing clients in state and federal courts and tribunals.
Immediately prior to joining Lancaster Law and Mediation, David worked as in-house solicitor for the Police Association of NSW and continues to represent various police officers in relation to their employment interests, rights at work, and disciplinary issues.
David is a fearless and empathetic advocate with an appreciation for procedural fairness, natural justice, and the rule of law.

OUTSIDE OF WORK
Since 2017, David has been a lecturer and tutor at the College of Western Sydney University for academic units of the Diploma/Bachelor of Community and Criminal Justice. David has also been appointed Director and Secretary for various charities and organisations and is always looking to take an active role in the community.
